Refund & Return Policy
At Board Game Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer a return and refund under the following conditions:
Returns
- We only accept returns for defective products.
- To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@boardgamepalace.com with details and photos of the defect.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused beyond testing the defect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exclusions
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items.
- Shipping costs can be refunded under certain circumstances.
